OUR PROCESS
 

To learn more about or engage our services, please contact us at    ceremony@mystical-rites.com    and specify the type of ceremony that you are interested in.

~ First, tell us a little bit about you. ~
We will email you a questionnaire that will give us a better understanding of your wishes, needs, and preferences. A sample of our wedding questionnaire is found on our All About You page.

~ The initial meeting is free of charge. ~
Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire, we'll schedule an interview with you at your convenience where we will be able to discuss your wedding or event in more detail. There is no charge for this interview.

~ After you make your deposit, we get to work! ~
When you decide to use an ~ A Mystical Ceremony ~  officiant to help make your day truly extraordinary, a non-refundable deposit is requested and will be applied toward your total cost. This both reserves your date and covers all preparation expenses. If we are designing your ceremony, you can sit back and relax for a little while as we weave words of wit, wisdom, and wonder.

~ We will revise your ceremony until it's perfect for you. ~
Upon completion, we submit you a copy of the text for editing and eventual approval. We don't mind reworking or moving sections around several times... we are committed to your complete satisfaction.

~ To insure quality, we rehearse well in advance. ~
Private rehearsals with the officiant are scheduled several days before the occasion (preferably on location) to insure that you are comfortable with the flow, timing, wording and presentation - and to make any last-minute changes. Clients are encouraged to pay the balance of their fee at this time. If you prefer to wait until the wedding day, payment is due before any rite will be performed.

~ After a last minute huddle, your special day is underway! ~
Shortly before the service begins, the minister meets all parties with warm smiles & words of reassurance - and delivers the nearly famous
~ A Mystical Ceremony ~  pep-talk...
... because no matter how well planned, eagerly anticipated, or magically intimate this sacred day is, last minute jitters are the norm for all!
