GRAND CANYON ~ HAVASUPAI

THREE DAYS. ~ .TWENTY-FIVE+ MILES
This spectacular adventure in the western Grand Canyon begins with an 8 mile hike {or short helicopter ride} to the village of
Supai where lodging is available by reservation. 2 miles further, and just past Havasu Falls, is the established campground which
is also accessible with horses rented from the Havasupai Tribe. On the second day, it is a short hike {from camp} to Havasu or Mooney
Falls for a breathtaking wedding setting. A "honeymoon hike" further down the trail leads to the less visited Beaver Falls. From the
campground, the 10 mile return hike back to Hualapai Hilltop completes this extraordinary three day adventure. We do recommend spending
several days in Havasupai if at all possible and are happy to coordinate with couples to meet them at their preferred location if they
plan an extended stay.
The best times of year for this trip are early summer months for swimming ~ and late autumn months for more comfortable temperatures.
If planning a summer visit, please be advised that temperatures can reach over 100 degrees so hiking is discouraged between the hours
of 10am & 4pm.
This adventure requires advance reservations and some planning. For more information, please visit the
Havasupai Tribe website.
